Cardio Kickboxing & Friday Fitness Class: Mon, Wed, & Fri 6-6:45pm
Friday Fitness Class: Fri 6-6:45pm
Muay Thai Kickboxing Class: Tues & Thurs 6-7:00pm (Sat 12pm resumes 6/6)
Submission Grappling Class: Tues & Thurs 7-8:00pm (Sat 12pm resumes 6/6)
